Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)

  • Flour (for dusting, if needed)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cook the filling: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion. Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook until combined, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
